From Vajrasattvas body, a nectar stream descends, purifying my obscurations. Thus, having gathered Vajrasattva into oneself, remain in meditation. Bless me ceaselessly throughout the Three Times!

Thus, absorbing the Guru into oneself, remain in meditation.. Grant me the blessing to become accomplished in the profound path of Phowa The transference of consciousness. Thus, reciting as many times as possible, motivate the Transference. My mind emerges from my brahmaaperture into space. The demon of the lord of death is conquered: [my consciousness] becomes Trma. The demon of the afflictions is conquered by the curved blade in her right hand. The demon of the aggregates of form [and so forth] 32 is conquered: my skull is cut.

She holds the skull cup in her left hand in the manner of [enlightened] activity. Within is my corpse, large enough to fill the billion-fold universe. Having perfected the two accumulations, I obtain the common and supreme spiritual attainments.

The samsaric guests below are pleased and my karmic debts are discharged;in particular, harmdoers and all varieties of obstructors are satisfied. Illnesses, evil spirits, and all obstacles subside into space. Adversity and self-grasping are crushed into dust. In conclusion, the nature of all of the offerings and recipients without exception is [placed] without contrivance in the great perfection: AH.

I dedicate this merit to the benefit and happiness of all mothers sentient beings. May all of space be filled with benefit and happiness! May every suffering ripen upon me. May the ocean of suffering dry up! Each and every phenomenon arises from a cause.

This cause is taught by the Thus-Gone. What is the cessation of suffering? The Great Practitioner of Virtue explained this. Refrain from every negativity,engage in an abundance of virtue, and 37 completely tame ones own mind. This is the buddhas teaching. May [all beings] abide by these teachings, the sacred dharma, forever! May I accomplish great benefits unobstructably for all beings. Thus, insistently, make prayers of aspiration and so forth.
